1. Agreement to Terms

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services

We provide professional cleaning services as described on our website. All services are subject to availability.

3. Payment

Payment for one-off services is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various forms of payment, which will be specified on your invoice.

4. Cancellations

For one-off services, we require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Fersov Fresh Club™ Subscriptions

Our subscription services ("Memberships") are governed by the following terms:

• Billing: Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., weekly, fortnightly) as specified in your chosen plan. Payment is automatically deducted from your nominated payment method at the start of each billing cycle.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time with 14 days' notice. Services scheduled within the notice period will be completed and billed as usual.
• Service Scope: The scope of cleaning for each visit is determined by your chosen "Home State" (Spark, Balance, or Peak). Our teams work to maintain that state, not to a fixed number of hours.
• Home Healing Credits™: Credits are accrued as part of your membership and can be redeemed for "Power-Up" services. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and expire upon cancellation of your membership.
• CleanSwap™ Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with an assigned cleaner, you may request a replacement for your next service. This is subject to availability.
